    hello,

we have a test environment with a lot of operators which appear running (since months) while that is not the case.

I'd like to abort all process, stop CAITPAMServer and delete all datas from runtime database.

    Can I do it ?

    Vanessa,

Yes - for your test environment you can drop all the tables in the runtime database.

Make sure Process Automation is stopped before this, then drop the tables and restart.

The tables will be recreated from the definitions xml file.

    Thanks Jennifer,

I just did it and it seems to be ok.

    I have one more question.

I've reactivated an agenda and now  in "Operators", I see Operators with state "On Hold" and with "start time" between midnight and the time I reactivated the agenda ?

    Is that normal ?
