  • 1.  Xflow Analyst Interface

    Please help!!  We have installed and configured CA Service Desk 17.0 with xFlow Analyst interface.  The xFlow interface refuses to show weather and heat icons.  Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

    Marc,

     

    By default the "xflow_installed" option is not installed, without this option you would see the behavior you are seeing.

    Can you check the Options Manager values in Service Desk, under the administration tab. Check in "General".

     

    Install the option and restart services.

    Thanks Alex.  I have installed the option and am now restarting the services.  I will let you know how it goes.

    Thank you very much Alex.  The weather and heat icons are now showing
