Hi Okik,
My first suggestion would be to check if your Orchestrator is running processes at all, could you please create a TEST process that performs something quick and run it, if it also fails, you can do the following:
1.- Stop Orchestrator's service.
2.- Navigate to the following path "..CA\PAM\server\c2o" and delete (or move out of PAM directory) the following folder:
audit
data
scripts
tmp
temp
work
wrappers
3.- Start Orchestrator's service again and check the TEST process one more time.
