    Hi ,

In Servicedesk 17.1, i have parent and child incident categories are there.

while i am searching tickets, when i select parant category tickets are getting displayed only belongs to that particular parent category not all tickets of its sub categories.

Is it possible to get all tickets of parent and child(sub) categories at a time.

    Thanks

    Latha

Let's say you want to list all the incidents from any sub-category of Network. Enter Network% in the category field and press tab. The hierarchy lookup window will pop up but don't select anything; just close it. Then click on the Search button.

Let me know if this works for you.

Glad that the search within the SDM UI is working for you.

CABI Reporting would involve a completely different solution.

To keep this thread from getting over complicated, please raise a new thread/discussion on the Service Management Community regarding your CABI reporting requirement. There are a lot of experienced CABI report writer members within the community that can provide suggestions.
