Alerts are being raised, but these aren't being monitored on the server and do not appear in the ntservices probe

Checked ntservices file and the services do not exist within the file

The services below are being alerted against:

Power - Service Power no longer exists as a registered service

RPC Endpoint Mapper - Service RpcEptMapper no longer exists as a registered service

any advice / assistance would be greatly appreciated

    regards

    MO

    Here are a few ideas:

Check the alarm details to ensure all the details for something unexpected.

    deactivate activate ntservices

save a copy of the cfg and deploy 3.40 over the existing instance

delete the probe, remove the probe folder, deploy

    Hi

    I was already running v3.4.

I restarted the robot and the issue disappeared.

    Many Thanks

Ok, another thing that you can do is to do the:

    Nis Cache Clean

    At the Robot
    Go to the Controller
    Press CTRL +P
    enable Expert mode
Select: _Nis_cache_clean ( execute the play green button)
Select : _reset_device_id_and_restart (execute the play green button)

And check if you do not have any Low Hardware resources at the robot/hub
