    We've suddenly began getting "U0050033 The SMTP client cannot receive data from the SMTP server 'outlook.sbl.com', error code '10054', error description: 'connection reset'." errors. No changes were made in UC4 settings, and we've asked the exchange team to look into this. I'm just hopping someone has some ideas.

    Hi,

     

    The below error message is coming from the operating system. There could be some connectivity issue between the component and the SMTP server. I suggest that you ask your network team if there's any error message in the SMTP log.

     

    error code '10054', error description: 'connection reset'.

    Thanks, I figured as much, but was wondering if anyone else had run into this and maybe could give some ideas where to aim the network/exchange team. I've got them involved.
