    Ref case#01139143 /DE376184

    Env - Windows Server 2012 DC Edition with SQL Server, AdvAuth9

    Issue- Risk Evaluation calls are not getting logged into the ARRFSYSAUDITLOG table

     

    Root Cause :

                   In Previous releases before 9.0, SQL scripts were run manually.

                   In 9.0 release, simplified installer executes the sql scripts, bootstraps and brings up the server. In certain cases one of the sql scripts ( create sequence ) fails to execute from Installer and causes this error. Installer log also doesnt log this error. 

     

    Solution:             

                 Execute the attached "temp. sql" script taken from sql script file ( arcot-db-config-for-common-2.0.sql ) manually.

                 

    This issue in not reproducible in oracle as the scripts were executed successfully.

     

    Actions to take -- 

    1. Stop CA AA services ( Risk + Case Management + Strong Auth)
    2. Stop the Application server
    3. Backup DB and then run attached sql .
    4. Start CA AA services ( Risk + Case Management + Strong Auth)
    5. Start the Application server
