  • 1.  GIThub connector for CA agile central

    Hi, I have followed the steps as per the url https://help.rallydev.com/ca-agile-central-vcs-connector-github and configured the system. when I tried to run the VCS connector for GitHub, I got the below error, FATAL: VCSConnectorRunner.run - VCSConnectorRunner.getConfiguration vcs_connector_runner.py(288) - Insufficient content in config file: config/Energy.yml

     

    I tried, multiple option, but still I am getting the same error. Attached my connector file for your reference. Kindly help me to fix this issue.

     

    NOte :  I have tried the connector version with 2.0.3 and 2.0.5

    Paramasivam.M,

     

    I'm not sure what it may be, but the error mentions that the .yml file is Energy.yml and the file you attached is Product.yml.  Just wanted to make sure it is not trying to use the incorrect file when you run it.

    Hi Michael,

     

    I just renamed the file from energy to Product.yml while uploading. so error is not because of incorrect file.

     

    its bit urgent. Kindly help to fix this issue ASAP.

    Hi Paramasivam,

    Was this issue resolved?

     

    If not, I'm noticing that you included the file: Product.yml in your zip, yet the error mentions: Energy.yml.

     

    Do you have that file?

    You may want to check and see if it's missing fields. If not certain, can you include that file?
