  • 1.  CR Workflow Cancel

    hello Team,

     

    I am doing some exercise on CR Workflows. I believe with OOTB if we cancel a Request ticket, the associated Classic Workflows will cancel automatically (as an expected behavior). But I see even if I cancel the Request ticket, the workflows are sitting in their same status (Pending/wait). Is it a bug? What could be causing this issue?

    What specific version and patch level of SDM do you have installed?

    I recall a test fix being available in previous releases of SDM that addressed this specific behavior with Request WF tasks.

    I am using r14.1 with cumm #2.

    There is a test fix available for CA SDM 14.1 CUM#2.

    The test fix is also included in CA SDM 14.1 CUM#4 and CUM#5.

    Do you plan on applying the latest CA SDM 14.1 CUM#5 patch?

    If no, please open a CA Support ticket to request the test fix and provide the ticket # in this thread.

    Did you end up opening a CA Support case to obtain the appropriate test fix or do you plan in applying the latest CA SDM 14.1 CUM#5 patch that includes the test fix?

    Thanks guys. I raised a CA case and received a test fix T6EE084 for the same. I consider this issue is addressed with the patch.
