The system status shows that my server has errors when it is running and functioning correctly as this alert can be removed
The Harvester's Windows SNMP service needs to be configured with the same Community string that is in the Admin->Watchdog settings page and the SNMP service's Security tab needs to be set to allow polls from the NFA console's ip address. See the link below for more information.

I had the same problem recently. After configuring the parameters in the SNMP Service and the Watchdog, it was not enough to restart those services, only a reboot of the console server did the trick.
Some servers also have issues with some Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages missing, if that is the case you can use the kb below:
