Hello CA Community,

I´m sorry for bothering you, 

I have a problem while trying to run a model, I have this error, we are using a special Data Handler for ISO8583,  already add the .jar file in to the HotDeploy folder, also as I looked on similar questions also was added on the LISA_HOME/Lib and in Shared folders, also restarted all the services but this error is still there.

What can I do?

Is the  special Data Handler for ISO8583 compiled for DevTest version 10.1?    Where did you copy the  jar file - on the Workstation machine or the  VSE Server ?

Indeed, It was compiled for this version.

I saved the jar files on the VSE Server.

I have requirement of developing virtual service using DevTest 10.1 for ISO8583, can you please provide step by step process? and also jar file details.
