Hello, Can you explain why you think that this is a problem with PAM? Does the RDP port 3389 show as open when you scan it using the Devices > Tools page? Also, there is a Show button in the screenshot that could have been used to get details on the error. It would be useful to show what it contains. Do you have auto-login configured for the access?

    Hi Bhumesh,

Looks like that the problem is in the remote computer.

Like the Ralf said, did you check if the RDP is enabled in this server? Please also check the RDP port that your company uses, the default port is 3389. If the port is not the default, you need to change the port of RDP on the Access Methods.

The Tools in CA PAM is a good way to know if the communication is ok.

If this affects some users but not others, then it wouldn't be a connection problem to the RDP port as all connections run through PAM. We would need to get detailed information on what is different between the users for which it works on those for which it doesn't. E.g. is it MAC users vs Windows users? For the affected users, are connections working to some Windows hosts, but not to others? Are other access methods working? If there is no obvious difference, it will be better to open a support case and have someone work with you directly to resolve the problem.
