Location base grouping issue

Hi 

 

We have few locations in ca sdm and in each locations we have different groups assigned under auto aasignment tab in location. So we have location based grouping in ca sdm  but its not working once the ticket is created. 

 

For instance, we are creating ticket and select 'North Region' in location (This north region consist one group name 'North region support team') the ticket should assign this group once ticket is saved but it is not happening. 

 

What could be issue???  is there anything to install in option manager?
