    Hi All,

I am trying to implement CA BOXI into HA environment. We have 5 servers

    App nodes:2 servers

    Database MSSQL: 1 server

    File share server: 1 server

    Load balancer: 1 server

    I am following below link.

    https://docops.ca.com/ca-business-intelligence/4-1sp3/en/installing/cabi-installation-on-windows/ca-business-intelligence-platform-high-availability-installation/standalone-high-availability-installation

I have configured all steps. I have put filestore input and output folder on share file drive. I am also able to login in CA BOXI with load balancer hostname at the end but i am not able to generate report. I am getting this error

The viewer could not process an event.File.rpt not found on file repository server.

    --Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]

When i go to services(InputFileRepository and OutputFileRepository) in CMC and check the properties of these files, i see an error under input Filestore service that the requested directory does not exist. I have mentioned "\\fileshareserver_hostname\boxishare\input" as a value

Kindly suggest what should i do?

    Regards,

    Sippy

What is the exact error seen within the CMC?

Does the BOXI application have full access to the share mentioned?

Are you able to provide a screenshot of the properties of the Input and Output File Repositories?

    Hi Paul,

I was getting below error when i provide shared file server path in File store directory.

'The requested directory does not exist'

I have solved this error now. I have changed user in the logon as service.

    • Open Properties of SIA.
    • Uncheck System Account field in Properties tab.
    • Enter Domain user in User field and his password in below fields
    • Click ok

Domain user should have full(read and write) permission to filestore.

    Regards,
