Can you please provide a copy of the revised WEB.CFG file?

Are you using AA or Conventional Architecture?

Check any error in the log about the error.

Is this happening on a browser on the Server itself?   or does it happen on a workstation too?

I have seen it happen recently on a browser on the server itself, when I was having difficulty with preserving a good IP/network stability

Does the error occur on remote workstation browsers when end users attempt to access xFlow via the Tomcat port?

i believe the OS is server 2016 which causing this error on server itself only. Outside the server you should be fine with 8080 port. t
