    How to attach CI to changeorder using webservice? I am able to create Changorder using webservice method createchangeorder but I don't know how to attach CI to it.

     

    Can anybody tell me what method or relevant filed name for attaching CI to change order?

    I am trying to create Lrel relationship between CI and CO using reateLrelRelationships(sid,"nr:6C60A67495B2","chgnr",attributes);

    but getting error message " AHD03055:Data partition Pre-Update restriction on Configuration Item"

    any help on this?

    Please check the account settings of the user you are using. It seem that there is a so called data partition constraint in place, which disallows the creation of such a relationship.
