Hi pk00349892 ,
You can run multiple agents on the same server with different user IDs.
The Service Manager shows you a PID which you can then figure out via

i have installed two agent with different sudo id on same server also i gave node name different for both sudo id's,
EX. (xyz.abc,com_a,xyz.abc,com_b)
1) Need to know how a process will identify these two nodes while we will be running.
2)In Test agent Management i can see
xyz.abc,com (IP)
xyz.abc,com (IP)
Hi pk00349892,
Just to confirm, are you sure this is for the 'Automic Workload Automation" product? From the screenshot and mention of the 'Test Agent Management" - The AWA product line, to my knowledge does not have a feature like the one in the screenshot.
If this is for AWA, when a jobs is run (since the agent have unique 'Agent name"/ and PID when started up), the job will process base on the selected agent name on the job.
If you are also have the service manager or service manger dialog, you can view from there any offline/not running agent. Along with that within the System Overview/Administrative perspective you can see the list of all the agent that are connected to the system and which one is offline or online.

In Test agent Management window
Unreachable Servers
xyz.abc,com (IP)
ExectutionServer;portno.-es_ ExectutionServer()
xyz.abc,com (IP)
xyz.abc,com (IP)
How can i find out Unreachable Servers and remove agent from there.
Hi pk00349892,
Can you please clarify that the product you are requesting help on is the CA Automic Workload Automation (AWA)? Our AWA does not have an agent management window. In our Java UI, we have the System Overview that lists the agents and our Automic Web Interface (AWI) has the Administration tab > Agents & Groups. The screenshot you showed does not look like it is from our product.
Hello Kim,
Whenever we run any flow or action this window comes.. now my question is if we install two agents on same server with different sudo id's also i mention node name different for both agents ex.( abc_a , abc_b), then how the flow or action will identify that which install agent i have to select to run .
Got the answer..Thanks to all.
