We have a ASM internal cloud relay server installed on RH Linux, its been working just great for the last year. All the sudden the op-tunnel client process has failed. I have read the PDF that comes with the install documentation, but it doesn't give troubleshooting tips. I tried looking for documentation on the CA site with no luck. Is there some tech bulletins or docs that describe what to do if your relay stops. There is a optunnel-client process on the box which has stopped. Not sure how to restart it. Or trouble shoot it. Any help on this would be appreciated. Monit summary does not work, says 'monit daemon is not running'
