CA Service Management

  • 1.  Problem with Jasper Studio Reports axis

    I created a report to be used in CA Service Desk Manager using Jasper Studio.

    The current version of JasperServer is 6.2

    Here is an example on how it displays. the axis labels are not overlapping.

    I´m using html5 charts

    In my dev environment, I migrated Jasperserver to version 6.3, and running the same report, it looks like it:

    The axis labels are overlapping. 

    I tryed to change chart labels configuration but nothing worked.

    Since JasperSoft 6.2 is End of Support now, can you upgrade to JasperSoft 6.4 (Upgrading CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server - CA Business Intelligence JasperReports® Server - 6.4.3 - CA Te… ) and see if the issue still persists?

    I´m using Service Management 17.1 and I think Jasper 6.4.3 is not compatible yet.

    I have this problem after migrating to version 6.3 that is compatible to SM 17.1

    Thanks for the clarification.

    You are correct, JasperSoft 6.4 is not yet certified with CA SDM 17.1.

    Please open a CA Support case so that Tibco Support can be engaged and a solution provided for the axis chart issue
