    Did anyone done integration between Remedy ITSM and CA Spectrum/UIM ?

     

    Need some help on configuration side.

    Hi Venkat,

     

    We have default mappings available during the connector installation and want to add few more fields in the mappings because in remedy side we need value for few more fields.

    Do you have any ideas how to do that ?
