NFA 9.2, is a very old, soon to be out of support release of NFA. There are also a lot of defects in this version that have been resolved in later releases.
I would highly recommend uninstalling and installing a new environment with a later version of NFA.
If you are stuck on Windows 2008 servers, install a two tier 9.3.3 environment.
If you are able to get Windows 2012 servers, install 9.3.8 or 9.5.
Also NFA no longer supports 3 tier environments after 9.3.3, we now recommend using a 2 tier architecture, meaning the Harvester server stores all of the data, and there is no DSA.
The error you referenced, "Query failed: call sp_get_interfaces_for_dsa_with_id('1')" sounds like there is a missing stored procedure on the Console or DSA server.
Stored procedures can be lost when migrating to a new server, and if you didn't backup and restore the mysql.proc table.
It could have also been a defect in this release.
If you go to the Console and DSA and run the following, what is the output?
