  • 1.  Create Multiple Tickets from Excel Input

    Hello team,

Do we have a mechanism to create multiple tickets based on an Excel input file. Preferably a script. We need not to schedule it but as and when required we will run it manually to process the Excel file and create tickets in CA ServiceDesk.

Any insight will help. We are using r14.1.2 with AA mode.

    Thanks

Arunava, I am not aware of such script out of box so you would need to write your own. For example, using soap WS API. There are some java examples in the install samples folder that you may take a look and modify a copy to read the excel file and loop thru to create new tickets. Thanks _Chi
