It looks like browser compatibility issue from the provided screen print ? did you try in different browsers - Chrome/Firefox/IE ?

If it is the same behavior in all browsers, I would suggest to open a support case with required details such as - product versions/OS/logs.

Rashmeet, What error/s you see in your server.log and PS trace log? That information will be needed any way to share with CA Support (if you open a case), so please share that here as well. Also, it could be a policy store issue (if not broeser, or some other), so you may need to export the policy store and share with Support.

    Thanks. Vijay

In addition to the above suggestions from Ashok,

To unblock you from the anomaly and also to reassure nothing is wrong from PStore perspective - you can use XPSExplorer and then try to map the Agent to AgentGroup. See if this works. If it works then the issue is centric to WAMUI or Browser.

Usually, this could be an issue with the browser, usually chrome works fine in these cases,

Try with chrome once and see if you see the same issue ?
