Hi Rafael,
You'll need to create a case to have the PTF patch uploaded to the case. Or if you want to install the bi monthly patch which has a bunch of fixes in it, you can obtain it from our ftp site:
ftp://ftp.ca.com/pub/CA-SPECTRUM/Updates/GA/
More specifically for 10.2.1:
ftp://ftp.ca.com/pub/CA-SPECTRUM/Updates/GA/Spectrum_10.02.01.BMP_10.2.101/
Just keep in mind the bi monthly patches need to be installed on all OC and SS.
