    Hi,

It seems that you tried to import the D:\Program Files\CA\DevTest\webreckeys.ks from the screenshots.
If my assumption is correct, then please set the "SSL Key Alias" as "lisa" and the "SSL Key Password" as the same value of "SSL Keystore Password".

    Thank you,

Você está correto, porem os campos "SSL Key Alias" e  "SSL Key Password" fica desabilitando não me dando a opção de edição.

    Hi,

    Please do the following steps:
    1. Select "SSL Keystore File" as "webreckeys.ks"

    2. Enter the password for "webrecekeys.ks" and push "Valdate" Button

    3. If the password for "webrecekeys.ks" is suitable then the "SSL Key Alias" becomes available like below:

    4. The "SSL Key Alias" is pull-down style and has only one selection named "lisa", selec "lisa" then the "SSL Key Password" field becomes available like below:

    5. Enter the password for "SSL Key Password" and push "Validate" button

    6. If the password for "SSL Key Password" is correct, then the next screen becomes below:

    Thank you,

As verified during a WebEx session with customer, we verified the password being provided was not correct.

After the correct password was provided we were able to select the alias and continue with the recording in the Portal.
