I once had an interview with another company. One question that came up was "what would you do if you are at a customer site and need assistance?" No one wants to feel helpless or alone when dealing with technical dilemmas. Each day we face situations or ponder questions that we need a helping hand. That is what this community is here for. To share experiences and help each other. And mutual aid is a powerful resource.
It is gratifying to see a constant flurry of questions, blogs, useful files/documents have all been posted fairly frequently. And for the questions/discussions posted, those more experienced with APM, AXA, ASM, and Runscope have stepped up answering the questions with responses that are helpful, prompt, and solidly real-world. We are all learning and experiencing different things with the products covered in this Community. We all gain when we share our knowledge and guidance with others.
Let us all continue doing all the good things that make this community a huge success!!!
