This is a new box that we installed 14.1 on and when I applied Cum 5 everything installed without error but instead of seeing hmp-224 as the version under the About tab I see phx-111.  Did I have the wrong patch?

Service Desk 14.1.05 (cum 5) is hmp-224 in Help >About.  It looks like the cum patch installation having problem although installation complete without error. Check the history file. It would show the patch installation information. Also, it recorded the files from the patch installed on which directory.
