  • 1.  Delivery failed. No primer transport

    Hi Team,

     

     

    While Installing ITCM agent to remote PC , I am getting error Delivery failed. No primer transport. Please suggest.

    ITCM Version 12.9

    Server OS : Win 2012R2

    Agent machin OS : Win 8 32 bit

    I have checked Nslook up its working, admins $ is also coming.

    Hi Sachin,

     

    Please see following document which gives a lot of thing to check to solve error "No primer transport" :

     

    Common reasons and solutions for getting "No Prime - CA Knowledge 

     

     

    You could also check the following log on DOMAIN DSM\logs\TRC_CF_DMDEPLOY*.log to see if there are some errors at deployment time.

     

    And on agent the file c:\windows\temp\dmprimer.log

     

     

    DMDEPLOY could be configured to give more details in the logs by executing following command on DOMAIN :

     

    cftrace -c set -l DETAIL -f CF -pp DMDeploy -s 30000

    Hi Sachin,

     

    You could execute this command on DOMAIN Manager :

     

    cftrace -c set -l DETAIL -f CF -pp DMDeploy -s 30000

     

    Then attempt again the deployment and check in logs DSM\logs\TRC_CF_DMDEPLOY*.log if you see any errors during deployment time.

    This could give more details about the problem.

    Some issue in database so could not access DM. I will check & update you once database issue is resolved.
