You could also check the following log on DOMAIN DSM\logs\TRC_CF_DMDEPLOY*.log to see if there are some errors at deployment time.
And on agent the file c:\windows\temp\dmprimer.log
DMDEPLOY could be configured to give more details in the logs by executing following command on DOMAIN :
cftrace -c set -l DETAIL -f CF -pp DMDeploy -s 30000
