  • 1.  How to retrieve the "resume message"

    Posted Aug 16, 2018 02:22 PM

    Hi everyone,

We noticed that it is possible to leave a note when we resume/skip actions in processes.

Where can we find those messages afterwards ?

    Regards,

    GGV

    Hi GGV,

You can check the message on "Run Process View" on both ROC and ASAP.

For example, I input "AAABBBCCC" as Resume message.

    • ROC
    1. Select [Releases] - [Deployments] menu and Click specified deployment.
    2. Select resumed step.
    3. Click [Go to process execution].
    4. Select [Events] tab and [User Operation] as Source. After that, you can see the message in [Event Details].
Note: You may already open this screen when you resume the process.

    • Automation Studio
      1. Select [Reports] tab and [Online or Offline Audit Report]. After that, set conditions to find resumed deployment and Click [Generate report] button.
      2. Double click resumed deployment.
      3. Check [User Operation] icon in [Event Filters], and then you can see the row of User Operation.
      4. Double click the User Operation row, and then you can see the Resume Message.

I hope my info helps you.

    Thanks

    Yas
