    Discovered Dell Monitor Serial Number from SCCM is different than the Physical Dell Monitor Serial Number when you scan the monitor.  How are other companies storing both serial numbers?  Are they using Alt CI ID?

    Can you show us some examples of this?   Provide a few screenshots showing the difference?  This may be an issue that needs a support case to investigate.
