Hi All,
Can anyone tell me if there is a way to export data out of a dashboard to another format (i.e. csv) other than just a PDF. PDF is the only option offered that I can see.

According to the UMP dashboard Wiki page, only PDF exports are currently supported:
Generate a Dashboard PDF
An Enhancement Request (UIM community idea) would be required to add other export formats where appropriate.
If you use term "dashboard" to express any of UIM reporting interface in general, here is button allows you to produce CSV.
Yeah, sorry I wasn't more specific. I was referring to either List Designer or Dashboard designer.
