I have rules set up to secure and log all access to vsam dsn's 1, 2, 3.  User runs JCL that executes a simple program that allocates dsn's 1, 2 and 3.  We get ACF99913 and ACF92913 on 1st dataset, but job does not fail and continues to successfully read dsn's 2 and 3.  No messages or logging for 2 and 3.  Is there an exit not turned on to fail for ACF9* messages?

It looks like the ACF99913 error causes other programs to fail (IEBGENR, ...), but cobol does not.

We will need to get traces and possibly a dump.  Please open a case in Support.

Unfortunately, we don't have a support contract anymore, so I cannot open a case.
