    Hello CA Guys,

     

    Has someone had experience monitoring iWAN Technologies using CAUIM (Nimsoft) ? We need monitor some links of iWAN and collect some metrics, like:

     

    Status Up / Down Tunnel iWAN

    Flap of Tunnel iWAN

    Utilization of link iWAN.

     

    Please, could you sent to us a feedback ?

    snmpcollector is probably the best choice to get all that type of info.

    check to see if the model of the cisco device is already supported.

    The tunnel interfaces for iWAN appear in the ifTable like other interfaces so you shouldn't have an issue with collecting those metrics.  You'll want to make sure you're collecting syslog messages from those devices since iWAN specific messages aren't available via SNMP.
