There is anyway in PM where we can rediscover and update the metric family in group or tenant wise apart from doing each and every device ?Kindly suggest .
Why don't you enable Change Detection in the monitoring profile ? The profile is anyways assigned to the device groups and that should work for all the devices in the group

If you are just seeking metric family updates, as Phani.Devulapalli mentioned, you should just need to do Change Detection which is enabled by default on OOTB Monitoring Profiles and on new Monitoring Profiles. For some additional information on change detection, take a look at this link:
