  • 1.  500 No JSON Formated Retrofit Error

    Hi,

     

    Login to portal I am getting below error.

     

    Error while retrieving list of Projects. (500 No JSON Formated Retrofit Error <html> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html;charset=ISO-8859-1"/> <title>Error 503 </title> </head> <body> <h2>HTTP ERROR: 503</h2> <p>Problem accessing /res-hub/v1/projects. Reason: <pre> Service Unavailable</pre></p> <hr /><a href="http://eclipse.org/jetty">Powered by Jetty:// 9.3.z-SNAPSHOT</a><hr/> </body> </html> )

     

    Previously I am not getting the error. After restarting the devtest services I am getting the below error.

    Hi,

     

    To check the old information, this error message occurs when the Portal is not able to connect to the Registry.
    Please check the portal.log and registry.log.

    Hi

    Portal and registry running in the same machine.

     

    Workstation able to connect the registry and I am able access portal.

     

    Please find the attached screenshot.

    Issue fixed. Portal not able to retrieve all the transaction from database throwing heap memory error. Cleaning the transaction in database issue resolved.

    Issue fixed. Portal not able to retrieve all the transaction from database throwing heap memory error. Cleaning the transaction in database issue resolved.
