CA Service Management

Using the SCCM connector to pull discovered data into CA-SAM.  The XML script to import the devices works just fine - pulls in all the devices discovered.  The issue is with the XML script that pulls in the discovered software.  I receive a "Invalid reference in field import_device_id ASP-I2" message on several devices.  The device existsin CA-SAM and it appears to be properly formated in the UI and looking at the DEVICES table.  Any help would be appreciated.

Cause

•A foreign key ( import_device_id) is referenced but is not known to SmartTrack.

Resolution

•Check if there is an import for the foreign key ( import_device_id) implemented – if not implement it.
•Check if an import error prevented the referenced foreign key ( import_device_id)  to be imported – fix this error.
