We have user stories in a "R" (released state), however they are still showing up in the backlog view.  Any reason for this?

    Thank You

    Hi Kathy,

Backlog is more an indication of work that hasn't been assigned to an iteration/sprint rather than a work item's state.  It's like a "to do" pile for work that hasn't yet been assigned a time to actually get it done.

Here's a link to our documentation on the backlog page: Build Your Backlog | CA Agile Central Help

    Hope this helps

Yep as David mentioned, it's just because those work items aren't scheduled for an iteration or a release.
