CA PPM 14.3 (ondemand)

I wanted to copy the existing project team members, allocations, tasks, assignments from the existing project to new project.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new project using 'Create from Template'
2. Click on Save button
3. The below error message is displayed

1. Create new project 
2. Go to Properties menu and select 'Copy from Project Template' from the Actions menu
3. The below error message is displayed

Any help/pointer is greatly appreciated

I figured out.

Seems to be project lock issue.  I went to security.logs page and cleared the logs and I was able to copy from template
