CA Service Management

  • 1.  Auto assignment on group basis

    Hi All

     

    We have CA SDM 17.1 and we want auto assignment only for a particular group i.e whenever a user selects a particular group the call must get auto assigned to a member of that group.

    By default it has location and CI based auto assignment, but whenever user selects a particular incident area where we have mentioned that group the call gets automatically assigned.

    The requirement is that be it any incident area or CI if that group is selected only than auto assignment must work.

    Please help.

    I don't think it can be achieved with OOTB feature. A POST Validate spel may solve this purpose. However that' not a very optimal solution though.
