What’s the little blue medal next to some users’ names?

    Some users have a little blue medal badge (Champion badge) to the right of their names. It does not appear to be a reliable indicator of the user’s ranking in the reputation system. And there’s a separate badge indicating whether the user is a CA employee (Employee badge), so it’s probably not that either. So what is it?
