  • 1.  Access to another Space

    I am currently in this space. https://rally1.rallydev.com/#/25517353879ud/detail/userstory/227031509224 

     

    I need to be added to https://rally1.rallydev.com/#/30141919437ud/dashboard.

     

    When they add me  following error shows up

    => That User Name conflicts with agnanasa@cisco.com

    Thats my correct Cisco email. please help.

    Hi Ajeetha,  It sounds like you already have an ID and they just need to add access to the second workspace/project.  They don't need to create a new account for you - this is indicated by the error message.  So ask your admin - No to create a new ID, but to use your current ID for access the second workspace/project.
