    We are using SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0 as a Reporting Engine on Windows server. How to check heap size.

    Are you seeing any error?

    It appears to be not a Jasper implementation as I don't see installation of Jaspersoft Studio Professional-6.2.1.final. It uses SAP Business Objects.

    The java process is SAP Java VM Runtime binary and is under 

    C:\CA\SC\CommonReporting4\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\sapjvm
