CA SSO supports integrating with Third Party MFA using Radius Protocol.

CA SSO Global Delivery Module also has some integration features. E.g. Entrust Integration, XAuthRadius (for Radius supported MFA's).

Example : I've used Global Delivery XAuthRadius and / OR OOB CA SSO Radius Authentication Scheme to integrate with MobilePass.
Some Third Party MFA providers also provide their own Custom Solution to integrate with CA SSO.
E.g. EntrustIdentityGuard has its own solution offering which is different from the CA Global Delivery offering. You should be aware of this one from a couple of month ago with your previous engagement.
If you can list what specific solution / product from 3rd party are we planning to use as MFA, then may be we can scope the discussion to that.
