    The OOTB Jasper report Capacity vs Demand by Resource not populating Resource Managers when the check box is checked.

     

    It is DWH based report, what conditions or access it needs ?

     

    Please advice.

    Hi JayaSantoshKumar,

     

    Could you check if resource_manager is stored in DWH schema (DWH_RES_RESOURCE table) ?

     

    Run the following query in DWH schema. It returns resource and his manager.

    SELECT USER_NAME,RESOURCE_MANAGER FROM DWH_RES_RESOURCE;

     

    If it returns wrong result, you may need to run "Load Data Warehouse(Full load)" job.
