  • 1.  No notification of planned system maintenance - outages

    In the last month, we have noticed 2 system maintenances, each with a 2 hour window, performed without any notification ahead of time.  In checking our RSS feed, we see that happening on 8.18 and 9.8 -- 

     

    Are there any plans to give notification at least 24-48 hours in advance so we can plan ahead and adjust weekend working hours?  If it already exists, where can I find these ahead of time notifications?

    Hi Frances, it sounds like you're not subscribed to https://status.rallydev.com and/or your RSS feed for the site isn't working properly. 

     

    We notified customers well in advance for both of these maintenance windows. Here are the postings:
