Hi,

Iam using VTDM 4.3 in CA TDM. I unregister the appliance and register again the same appliance, it is not showing me the existing filesystem in CA TDM Portal,but the filesystem are present in the appliance. What should I do to make it visible in the CA TDM Portal?

Hi,

    I'm afraid that we don't support the ability to detach and reattach an appliance and retain the data in Portal. Your data still exists on the appliance and i would suggest deploying another appliance and attaching this to your portal and then you can manually recreate the file systems / checkpoints. you can then copy the databases from the original appliance if required.
