Is there a roadmap or timeline for Insights coming out of beta and/or additional reporting features being added? My organization is exploring using it as reporting, but there's reluctance as it is in beta and has been for some time.

We currently don't have a roadmap for Insights since it's still considered a BETA page. We do have a FAQ that may answer some of you questions.
