Alarm status "OK" from QOS_INTERFACE_UTILIZATIONIN

    Hi All

     

    I am monitoring devices of network with snmpcollctor probe and all it's okay. But I see that there is an alarm "critical" when using the interface down. Please see the screenshot attach.

    How can I prevent that this alarm be generated?

    Would you please attach Admin Console GUI screenshot of threshold values for the interfaces ?

    Thank you for response. I would suggest.

    1. deactivate baseline_engine probe.

    2. rename <baseline_engine>/cache_dir/threshold.cache.zip

    3. activate baseline_engine probe.

    4. run apply_templates callback in snmpcollector probe.
