Can anybody help to attach the classic workflow in Incident or Problem in CA SDM 14.1
Gupta, you create workflow tasks in incident/problem areas and then when you create tickets you use those areas so that WF tasks get attached to the tickets. Maybe you looked for something else? Thanks _Chi
I did the same, but I could not find workflow task attached to the incident
Gupta, what cum patch level your 14.1 has? I recall the early one has some issues for incident wf tasks so you may need to upgrade to the latest 14.1 cum patch level. Besides, make sure you don't have come customization get into the picture. Thanks _Chi
we have 14.1.3 in our environment,please suggest
Gupta, with cum3 I think you should be able to attach wf tasks to cr/in/pr areas. Can you let us know exactly what problem you have? Not able to add tasks to area? or tickets don't get attached tasks even with tasked area? Thanks _Chi
