    Hi Asim,

     

    First and foremost, install and\or set "@NX_EMPLOYEE_INTF_INCIDENT_SUPPORT=IncidentandRequest" and half of the work is done.

     

    The rest seems to just be label changes on the form which you should be able to do via WSP (Web Screen Painter)

    1.  Click the Administration tab.
    The Administration console appears.
    2.  Click Options Manager, Request Mgr.
    The Option List appears.
    3.  Click employee_intf_incident_support.
    The Options Detail page appears.

    Hi 

     

    I think i was not able to explain exactly. What i need to acheive is 'PTCL Customer Service ' & 'Look up existing ticket'  label side to move to Left side  & Knowledge base & Top solution should be right side. 

     

    Like below snapshot.
